On Saturday afternoon as the JOC fished out the body of Johan Ashraf Pathan,a six-year-old Goa resident, probably the last missing person on the ill-fated ferryboat, Neel Kamal which capsized off the Mumbai coast on Wednesday, the search and rescue operations were called off.
