Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi was conferred the rank of Honorary General of the Nepali Army by Nepal President Ramchandra Paudel at a ceremony in Kathmandu on Thursday.
The Army Chief is on a five-day (Nov 20-24) visit to Nepal. The Army Chief was presented with a Guard of Honour at the Nepali Army headquarters on Thursday.
