Nine International Participants to feature in IndianOil Race Across India 2024

New Delhi, Oct 4 (UNI) As many as 9 international participants will headline the second edition of IndianOil Race Across India 2024, an ultra cycling race.The race is set to begin on October 10, starting from Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, and it will conclude at southern Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, covering a distance of 3758 kms.Personnel of the Armed Forces, including the Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force along with personnel from Maharashtra Police Force Commando One will also take part in the prestigious race, which will traverse through 12 states, confronting diverse landscapes.The race is organised by noted cyclist Dr Amit Samarth.Practising doctors and visually impaired children also will take part in the race, which is recognized by the World Ultracycling Association (WUCA) and serves as a Race Across America (RAAM) Qualifier Event (RQ). All finishers will automatically qualify to participate in the Race Across America.This year’s edition features solo riders, relay teams, and a special team of 4 specially-abled participants, riding with the inspiring mission of raising awareness through their initiative, Race to Vision.Total Solo Participants -14 and Relay Team of 2-02 and Team of 4- 05 Teams total 21 teams.UNI BM
