DFRAC conducted a digital investigation and while there have been recent allegations against P Diddyaltered and manipulated and can be seen in the TMZ news article.
The original image was found on Gettyimages and is from over two decades ago and features Kamala Harris with TV personality Montel Williams and his daughter, not P Diddy. The photo was taken at the Eighth Annual Race to Erase Multiple Sclerosis event in 2001. A reverse image search confirms that the image has been digitally manipulated.
Conclusion
It is clear from DFRAC fact check that the photo in question does not show Kamala Harris with P Diddy, and the claim is misleading. The image has been doctored, and there is no evidence linking Kamala Harris to P Diddy’s legal issues.
