Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters Inspector General Assam Rifles (South) organised a mock test for the aspirants of upcoming SSC-MTS written exam on 14 September 2024 at Assam Rifles at Veng Village, Churachandpur District.

The Mock Test is aimed to introduce the exam format, teach time management, boost self-confidence and also to identify one’s strengths and weaknesses. A total of 33 (12 women and 21 men) aspirants from 12 villages of Churachandpur District are attending the coaching classes cum pre- recruitment training. The training capsule also imparted knowledge about the procedures of recruitment, various activities involved and their queries were addressed.

ASSAM RIFLES CELEBRATES HINDI DIWAS IN TENGNOUPAL DISTRICT

Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) celebrated Hindi Diwas at Nungtak Primary School, Nungtak village, Tengnoupal district, Manipur on 14 September 2024.

Hindi, being the most widely spoken language in India, has played a crucial role in bridging the gap between different regions, cultures including literature, art and has been integrated with India’s rich cultural heritage.

As part of initiative to give an impetus to the Hindi language and commemorate the day, a Hindi poetry recitation competition was organized for the school students of Nungtak Primary School.

A total of 60 students participated in the event with enthusiasm to contribute in the efforts for adopting Hindi language as part of their routine.
