As promised to the football fans of Kolkata, we are pleased to announce that the refund process for tickets purchased for the Derby match has already commenced on 19 August 2024. The refund process is being conducted in two phases to ensure smooth and flawless completion.
Phase 1: Refund for Online Tickets. Refund of tickets purchased online has already commenced. All tickets purchased online will be refunded automatically to the bank accounts from where the initial payments for purchase were made. The amount will be credited within one week.
Phase 2: Refund for Offline Tickets. We regret to inform our fans that, due to the current prohibitory orders issued by the Kolkata Police, we are unable to establish box offices for refund of tickets purchased offline. As and when we receive confirmation from the government, we shall activate the refund box offices where the fans would be required to physically bring intact tickets to claim refund as per the face value of the tickets. We shall make an announcement whenever the dates are finalized.
